By specifying the holiday residence you want to rent and the dates you will rent, your transportation and invoice information will be taken from you and your Pre-Booking process will be made. 30% of the total amount to be paid within 1 business day for bookings on recent dates, and 3 business days for bookings on remote dates are taken into the Company's account by bank transfer, the remaining fee is collected in advance on the delivery of the villa and the villa checks are made in advance.

Upon receipt of the deposit, a written confirmation (fax, e-mail) will be sent to you within 24 hours at the latest. The total fee, the deposit received and the dates on which the villa is reserved are stated.

In the delivery of the villa, the inventory of the fixtures delivered is counted and the amount of the deposit is taken, the deposit is received on the date of departure.

Check-in / Check-out

General Villa and Apart check-in time is 15:00 (Afternoon) and Check-out time is 10:00 (morning). During this period, cleaning is done, Weekly rental 6 nights 7 days, Villa delivery is made by us

Check-in and check-out times vary according to the villas/aparts and early or late check-out is possible according to availability. One of our team member will help on the topic.

Pool and garden treatments

It is done by the staff in early hours of every morning.

In our villas, clean spare sheets and pillows are available. 

Pets are not accepted unless otherwise stated.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are authorized to use all the furniture and equipment of the rented holiday home, but they will use all the goods, furniture and equipment cleanly, they will notify our company immediately if they cause any damage. They will pay any damage to the villa during the period of their stay and the loss of any property lost without leaving the villa. Customers will be understanding of the neighbors around the villa and will avoid any behavior and noise that may disturb the environment. In addition, they will not have any items such as weapons, drugs, etc. that are prohibited by law, they will not accommodate persons / fugitives sought by law in the villa. In short, the villa will not be used for any illegal activities. The customer is also liable for possible accidents, damages and accompanying persons in the rented house due to his / her own fault.

The maximum number of persons stated in each holiday home description must not exceed the number of guests specified during the rental period and is approved in the receipt / document, including the number of people staying at home including children and babies. If the maximum number of people staying in the house has been exceeded, a large number of people will be asked to leave the house or a certain extra fee will be charged.

In the pre-reservation stage of the holiday home, transactions are made in accordance with the customer's declaration. The customer accepts and undertakes that the information provided is accurate and complete. Our company is not responsible for problems caused by missing or incorrect information given by the customer.

It should be noted that customers are responsible for their health, safety and etc. during their stay.
