Bedrooms :

Bedroom 1: The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a nightstand, a bathroom, a TV, and a balcony. It has a sea view.

Bedroom 2: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, a nightstand, a bathroom, balcony in the bedroom. It has a sea view.

Bedroom 3: (Terrace floor): It is a suite family bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a jacuzzi, a bathroom, and a terrace exit. It has a sea view.

Bedroom 4: (Garden Floor): It is a suite family bedroom. The bedroom has 2 single beds, air conditioning, a nightstand, bathroom. The entrance of this room on the garden floor is different.

Lounge: The lounge, which has sea and nature views, has a modern sofa set, TV, DVD player, wireless internet, air conditioning, a dining table for 8 people, and an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the kitchen is designed as an American-style kitchen; Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, pans & pots, etc. 

Garden: In the private garden, there is a swimming pool, sun terrace, 8 sun loungers, sitting group, 8-person dining table, BBQ, table tennis, and outdoor shower.

Pool: Pool Dimensions; 8m x 3.5m, Depth: 1.60 m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 2000TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Your payment, instead of 2000TL; is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guests.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, and internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cooking, etc. services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week. There are clean bed linen and towel sets in the bedrooms.
