BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking

When you have decided on accommodation and the dates of your holiday we will let you know within 7 days if this is available. We will then send you a booking form that must be completed and returned to us with the 30% deposit of the total rental fee. The booking is only complete once we have issued our confirmation letter.

Price Guarantee

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the accommodation rental is payable when you book your holiday and the balance is due 10 weeks before departure. If you book less than 10 weeks before your arrival date, the full balance will be due immediately. Payments can be made by bank transfer.

Payment of Balance

The balance of the holiday must be paid at least 8 weeks before your departure date. If the balance is not received within this time we reserve the right to retain your deposit and apply the cancellation fees listed below. 
 

Accommodation  / Damage deposit                                   

A £250 security/damage deposit is payable with the final rental balance and is returned to you within 10 days of the end of your holiday provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property or its contents. You and your party are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as you found it. You must inform the Turkey-based office of any damage that you may find on your arrival to ensure that you do not later receive any damage costs to the accommodation. The Turkey office can also be contacted if any of the equipment does not work during your stay.

Changes and cancellations by us

It is the accommodation becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances we will endeavor to try and find alternative accommodation for your holiday at the same cost. If we can only find a more expensive property we will ask for the difference. However, if this is not acceptable we will make a full refund. This holiday can also be canceled if full payment is not received within the given time frame.
 

Cancellation of booking by you

Cancellation of the booking can be processed if received in writing by yourselves. Cancellation fees are listed below:

Period before a departure Cancellation charge;

1. The customer must pay 35% of the total travel amount if the cancellation is done up to the 30th day before the start of travel,
2. The customer must pay 50% of the total travel amount if the cancellation is done on the 23rd or 29th days before the start of travel,
3. The customer must pay 75% of the total travel amount if the cancellation is done on the 16th or 22nd days before the start of travel,
4. The customer must pay 100% of the total travel amount if the cancellation is done on the 15th day before the start of travel between the day that the trip starts.

Services

We can not be held responsible for any main services such as electricity, water, etc, or any actions taken by authorities beyond our control. However, our Turkey office can be contacted to explain the difficulties and keep you up to date with the progress of resolving the problems.
 

Complaints

Any complaints that you have regarding the property can be discussed with the Turkey office and they will endeavor to try and assist in resolving the problem whilst you are still on your holiday. However, if the complaint is not resolved you must write directly to the property owner within 28 days of your return to the UK. Our company works as an agency to place people in holiday accommodation so we can not be held responsible for any complaints regarding the property themselves. 

Insurance

Adequate insurance is essential. All necessary Holiday and travel insurance cover must be taken out by the Client for the protection of the Client and the Party and is the responsibility of the Client both in cost and arranging.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Client MUST confirm their arrival and departure times at the airport in Turkey together with flight details so that transfers can be arranged.  The Client must also advise of any delays in the travel arrangements.
