Villa SHV225 is located in the Kalkan Kördere Area which is the most prevalent region of the sea view. Our 3 bedroom villa with a jacuzzi for 6 persons has wonderful nature and sea view. Villa SHV225 has a heated indoor pool, as well as there, is a large jacuzzi where you can relax your stress. Our villa with a conservative concept, pool terrace, and sunbathing area is not visible from the outside. It is suitable for anyone looking for a comfortable and exclusive holiday away from the outside eyes.

The villa is also equipped with wireless internet but the internet infrastructure of the Kalkan region is not strong, so interruptions can be experienced.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 2000TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Payment, instead of 2000TL; It is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, and Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guests.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, and internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cooking, etc. services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week. There are clean bed linen and towel sets in the bedrooms.
