1st Bedroom: The suite is a young bedroom with 2 single beds, nightstand, make-up table, Bergere, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, and bathroom/toilet.

2nd Bedroom: The suite is a family bedroom, with 1 double bed, jacuzzi, nightstand, vanity table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, 2 Bergers, coffee table, treadmill, and bathroom/toilet.

3rd Bedroom: The suite is a family bedroom, with 1 double bed, nightstand, vanity table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, 2 Bergers, coffee table, treadmill, and bathroom/toilet.

The air-conditioned bedrooms have clean bed linen and towel sets.

Kitchen: The American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, microwave oven, 4-stove, hood, oven, electric kettle, dinnerware, pans and pots, cutlery, knife sets.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 3000 Turkis Lira is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as damage, broken or loss, the villa/apartment is checked 10 minutes before leaving the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.
