The villa is tastefully furnished and decorated, with air conditioning to provide comfort throughout the villa. The spacious open plan lounge features a Sky TV and french doors that open onto the large terrace and private swimming pool.

4. Bedroom: There is a double bed, nightstand, air conditioner, TV, table and chair, balcony with sea view, jacuzzi, bathroom.

5. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, nightstand, table and chair, balcony with sea view, bathroom.

Living Room: A large, spacious, modern designed living room and living room with a seating group, TV, DVD, TV unit, and sound system. Our living room, which has a magnificent sea view, has an exit to the pool.

Kitchen: There is an American and Built-in kitchen, Toaster, Electric kettle, tables and chairs for 10 people, Refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen tools, and utensils.

Pool Dimensions: 13.5m x 4.5m depth: 1.45m. The Heated Pool, located on the terrace floor, is 5m x 2m in depth and 1.20 cm. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by the attendant.

Garden: There are sun loungers, parasol, barbecue, table and chairs, swing. There is a tennis table, darts, and basketball hoop on the pool terrace.

Internet: There is wireless internet in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner and the cleaning is done once a week.

A cleaning fee of 100GBP is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All our villas, which have a location in nature, are regularly sprayed. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located inside the village, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A damage deposit of 200GBP is required at check-in. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
