Villa SHV650, our very luxurious and modern designed villa located in the Kalkan Kızıltaş area has 5 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 10 people. Our villa is ideal for large families and groups of friends. There is an indoor pool, 3 bathtubs, a billiards table, and sports equipment in our villa, the construction of which has just been completed and designed with extremely luxurious items. In addition, there is a swimming pool, sun loungers, sitting corner, dining table, and barbecue in the large sheltered garden of our villa. NOTE: For accommodation of fewer than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2500TL is required.

All Month's Pool heating fee is 30 GBP per day.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa TVK650 is 5000 Turkish Liras. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damaged, broken, or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.
