Villa SHV305 offers you a unique holiday experience with its spacious living area, modern design, and comfortable rooms. Also, Villa SHV305 offers a comfortable holiday for crowded families and groups of friends with 5 en-suite bedrooms all overlooking the sea view. The Villa is in a central location and it is easily accessible to the restaurant, supermarket, city center, and various activities. The villa is protected by a security system.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: This is a master bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a balcony, and a bathroom.

Bedroom 2: This is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, and bathroom.

Bedroom 3: It is a bedroom for 2 people. There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning, a balcony, and a bathroom in the bedroom.

Bedroom 4: This is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, TV, wardrobe, balcony, and bathroom.

Bedroom 5: It is a bedroom for 2 people. The bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning, a balcony, and a bathroom.

Hall: The lounge, which has sea and nature views, has a modern sofa set, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, and an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: 12-person dinner set, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pan & pots, etc. 

Game Room: Billiards, table football, air hockey, treadmill, and exercise bike are available.

Garden: In the private garden, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace, 10 sun loungers, a sitting group, a 10-person dining table, and BBQ.

Pool: 10.5m x 4m, Depth: 1.50m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Extras: There is wireless internet in the villa. The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean way and the cleaning is done once a week.

For stays less than 7 nights, a 1500 TL cleaning fee is required.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 2000TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Your payment, instead of 2000TL; is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, and Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guests.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, and internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cooking, etc. services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week. There are clean bed linen and towel sets in the bedrooms.
