This spacious 5 bedroom villa accommodates up to 10 guests and has plenty of outside space, so important in the Kalkan climate. It also sits in a convenient central Kalkan location approximately 12 minutes walk from the old town. Villa SH492 can be rented on its own or alongside one or two neighboring villas (Villa SHV491 and Villa SHV493). The three villas combined can sleep up to 30 guests and are ideal for larger groups.

Kitchen: The American kitchen has a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner hob, microwave oven, electric kettle (kettle), toaster, water dispenser, dinner set, kitchen tools, and equipment.

The layout of the villa is as follows:

Lower ground floor:    

Bedroom 1 & 2 - On the lower ground floor guests will find two out of the villas five bedrooms. The first is the master double bedroom complete with a Jacuzzi bath, dressing room, an en-suite shower room. There is also one of the twin bedrooms with an en-suite shower room and shared garden/terrace.

Further along the corridor, you will find a utility room and a garage/games room including a pool table and table tennis. Please note that there are no sea views on this level. 

Ground floor: 

The ground floor is open plan, with a fitted kitchen equipped to self-cater, a dining area for up to 10 guests, and a living space complete with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, and TV. Large, glass sliding doors open out onto the pool and terrace space.

Bedroom 3 - Guests will also find the second twin bedroom on this floor with an en-suite shower room.

There is also a separate W/C on this floor.

First floor:      

Bedrooms 4 & 5 - Two further double bedrooms are located on the first floor. They each have an en-suite shower room and furnished balconies with sea views.

Outdoor area: 

The terrace is well furnished and provides plenty of space for guests to relax and enjoy the sun and views. There are 10 sun loungers and 3 sun parasols, as well as a dining table under a pergola and two large rattan seating areas, and a coal BBQ. You will also find the swimming pool here which is accessible by ladder. 

The Pool Dimensions: 9 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.
