Our villa, which also has a magnificent sea view, has a private pool and the pool terrace is semi-sheltered. Villa SHV382, which is close to Kalkan Center, is 4 km from the nearest beach.

Bedroom 2: There are 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and air conditioning in the room. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: There are sea views from the living room. There is a modern sofa set, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a 6-person dining table, and an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: The kitchen is designed as an American-style kitchen; Dinner set for 6 people, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pans & pots, etc. 

Garden: In the private garden, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace, 6 sun loungers, a sitting group, a dining table for 6 people, and a barbecue.

Pool: There is a rectangular sheltered pool. Pool Dimensions; It is 9m x 3m, and the Depth: is 1.60m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the villa.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests cleanly and is cleaned once a week.

For rentals under 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 1200 TL is reflected in the prices.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to cleaning our villas, our villa guests are strongly requested to make the necessary controls and comply with these hours due to the completion of the deficiencies.

Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. No additional fee is charged. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. insurance are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are also regularly sprayed. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located in villages, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. A deposit of 2000 Turkish Liras is required at the entrance. The warranty is returned at the exit of the villa when there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost.
