Villa SHV95 is a 4 bedroom detached villa set in a stunning Komurluk location with panoramic sea views, just a 10-minute walk from Kalkan’s Old Town. The property boasts a large private pool and mature gardens overlooking the harbor, as well as offering a degree of privacy for lazy days spent soaking up the sun. Sleeps up to 7 guests in 3 double rooms and 1 single room.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering - should you choose to do so - including appliances such as a fridge/freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, kettle, and a microwave. The dining table has seats for 6 and the lounge space encompasses a sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV.

There are 4 bedrooms at the property - 3 doubles and 1 single room. The 3 double bedrooms all have en suite shower room facilities; 2 of which also have a Jacuzzi bath. The single room has the use of the family bathroom.

The outside space encompasses a shaded alfresco dining area with a built-in BBQ in addition to the private swimming pool and terrace space. The swimming pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, and comfortable seating areas, providing the perfect spot to admire the views out to sea and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of £500 is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check-in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guest.
