Villa TVK687 is our secluded rental honeymoon villa located in the Kalkan Patara region. Situated in a peaceful location amidst nature, our rental villa with a heated pool is a very special option for guests seeking a tranquil holiday and honeymoon accommodations. Our villa offers a stunning Patara view and has been designed with guest satisfaction in mind.

Bedroom:

The bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. Additionally, the kitchen and living room are in the same room. The villa features a modern American kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, built-in oven, built-in 4-burner stove, drip coffee and Turkish coffee machines, a 2-person dining table, dinnerware, pans, pots, cutlery, knives, etc. – all the details you might need have been considered.

Living Room: The living room features a modern seating arrangement and elegant decorative objects. The ceiling height is 4.5m. There's a console, a display cabinet, a TV, satellite receiver, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a W/C.

Pool Terrace: In the spacious pool terrace and garden with a private swimming pool, you'll find sun loungers, a sun umbrella, a 6-person dining table, and a barbecue area, all with a magnificent view of Patara.

Pool Dimensions: 5.5m x 3.5m Depth: 1.55m.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleaned, and cleaning is done once a week. If you require extra cleaning, our staff will perform it for an additional fee, including new sheets, pillowcases, etc.

Security Deposit: A deposit of 2,000 TL is collected upon entry to the villa. If there are no issues such as damage, breakage, loss, etc., the deposit is returned to the guest about 10 minutes before departure after a final check of the villa/apartment.

Note: All our villas located within nature are regularly sprayed for pests. Nevertheless, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the vicinity.

Check-in time for all our villas is 4:00 PM, and the check-out time is 10:00 AM. Guests are kindly requested to adhere to these times as they are necessary for cleaning, checks, and completion of any deficiencies in the villas.
