Our villa located in the Kalkan Ordu area has a capacity of 8 people. It is designed ideally for large families and groups of friends. Our villa has 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The pool terrace of our summer villa is not visible from the outside, and we recommend considering this villa if you have a conservative villa preference. Our newly built villa in 2022 is designed with highly comfortable and luxurious furniture. A wonderful holiday with a sea view awaits you in our conservative villa with a jacuzzi.

Kitchen: The villa features an American-style open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and an 8-person dining set.

Living room: The villa features an American-style open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and an 8-person dining set.

Pool and garden: The villa's garden and pool area offer stunning sea views, a sunbathing area, a private pool, a private garden, an 8-person dining table and chairs, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a sun umbrella. The pool measures 3.5 meters wide by 12 meters long and has a depth of 1.55 meters.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, the staff who take care of our villa can provide cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. for an additional fee.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1750 Turkish Lira is taken upon entering the villa. If there are no problems such as damage, breakage, loss, etc., the villa/apartment will be checked 10 minutes before leaving and the deposit will be refunded to the guest.

The check-in time for all our villas is after 4:00 pm on the first day, and the check-out time from the villa is 10:00 am on the last day. Please note that we cannot assist you if you arrive early before your check-in time due to cleaning being carried out during the intervening period. Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times.

Regular pest control is carried out in all of our villas located in nature. However, there is a possibility of finding butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the surroundings.

We do not guarantee 100% privacy in our enclosed pool villas, and there is always a 5% margin of error.

Kalkan is a settlement located on a slope, geographically. To reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and surrounding villages, an uphill climb is required.
