Villa SHV675 is located in the Kalkan Ordu region and has a capacity of 6 people. It is designed ideally for large families and groups of friends. Our villa has 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The pool terrace of our summer villa is not visible from the outside, making it a suitable choice for conservative villa preferences. Our villa was newly built in 2022 and is designed with extremely comfortable and stylish furniture. We would be happy to host you in our villa with a Jacuzzi for conservative guests.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, television, balcony, and Jacuzzi.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, nightstand, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning.

Kitchen: In our kitchen section, there are a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, cutlery & knife set, dinnerware, kettle, and other kitchen equipment.

Living Room: The salon section of our villa, built in 2022, includes a seating group, television, air conditioning, a coffee table, internet, and access to the pool terrace.

Pool and Garden: The pool of our villa is secluded from the outside view, providing you with a peaceful and enjoyable swimming experience. The garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, and sun umbrellas are available.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and cleaning is done once a week while you enjoy your holiday. This way, you do not have to deal with cleaning while enjoying your vacation. If you request extra cleaning, our staff responsible for villa cleaning can provide cleaning, fresh linens, pillowcases, and other services for an additional fee.

Pest Control: Regular pest control is carried out in our villas, which are located in a wonderful natural setting, to minimize the possibility of encountering insects during your stay. However, we cannot guarantee a 100% insect-free environment as our villas are situated in nature and such situations may occur.

Damage Deposit: As the final step before the start of your holiday, a deposit is collected from you. If there are no issues such as breakages or losses, the deposit of 1500 TL will be refunded to you 10 minutes before departure from the villa/apartment after a thorough inspection and no problems are observed.
