Villa SHV672 is our 4-bedroom, 8-person private pool rental villa located in the Akbel region of Kalkan. Villa SHV672 offers you a unique holiday opportunity and is an ideal option for large and extended families. Villa follows an economical price policy, providing all holidaymakers the opportunity to stay in a private pool villa with sea views. The villa is also located just 1.25 km from Kalkan center and the beach, making transportation quite easy. However, we recommend that you come on your vacation in your own vehicle.

1st Bedroom: Double bed, TV, Vanity, Nightstand, Jacuzzi, Air conditioning, Wardrobe, Bathroom, toilet, and balcony access.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, Vanity, Nightstand, Air conditioning, Wardrobe, Shared bathroom, toilet, and balcony access.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, Vanity, Nightstand, Air conditioning, Wardrobe, Shared bathroom, and toilet.

4th Bedroom: 2 single beds, Vanity, Nightstand, Air conditioning, Wardrobe, Bathroom, toilet, and balcony access.

Kitchen: American open kitchen, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Oven, 4-burner hob (built-in), Microwave, Electric kettle, Toaster, 8-person dinner set, Pan, Pots, Cutlery, etc.

Living Room: Our convenient and stylish living room also includes a seating group, Satellite TV (LCD), Air conditioning, Fireplace, a 6-person dining table, Access to the poolside, and WC Lavatory.

Pool and Garden: Sea View, Sunbathing area, Private pool, Private garden, 8-person dining table and chairs, Deck chairs, Barbecue, Sun umbrella.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean, and cleaning is done once a week. If you request extra cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. can be provided by our caretakers for an additional fee.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 3000 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as any damage, broken or lost, 10 minutes from the departure from the villa. The villa/apartment is checked first and the deposit is returned to our guest.

The first-day check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon, and the departure time from the villa on the last day is 10:00 in the morning. We would like to point out that we will not be able to assist you if you arrive earlier than your Villa/Apartment check-in time, as cleaning is done in the intervening time. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa.

In all our villas, which have a location in nature, spraying is done regularly. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly, etc. is likely to be found.

We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools, and these villas always have a 5% avoidance.

Kalkan; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill.
