Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: This is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a bedside table, and a Jacuzzi.

Living Room: The living room, which boasts a natural view, includes a modern seating area, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a dining table for 2 people, and access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: The kitchen is designed in an American style and is equipped with a dining set for 2 people, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a 4-burner stove (built-in), an electric kettle, a toaster, and kitchenware such as pots and pans.

Garden: The private garden includes a swimming pool, a sunbathing terrace, and 2 sun loungers.

Pool: The rectangular-shaped pool is sheltered and has dimensions of 1.45m x 8m x 3.5m. The pool and garden are maintained once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the villa. However, internet interruptions may occur due to the infrastructure of the region's internet service providers.

Extras: The villa is delivered to guests in a clean condition and is cleaned once a week. An additional cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.

**Daily breakfast service is included in the price of the villa.

Check-in and Check-out times for villas: The check-in time for all villas is 4:00 pm and the check-out time is 10:00 am. It is essential to comply with these times because of the necessary checks and completion of deficiencies during the cleaning of our villas, and we kindly request our villa guests to do so.

Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. There is no extra charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, car rental, guidance services, health insurance, etc. are not included in the prices. All of our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed. Also, since our villas outside the center are generally located in villages, it is possible to encounter natural surprises (mosquitoes, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 2000 Turkish Liras is taken for damage, loss, breakage, etc. When there are no problems such as breakage, damage, loss, etc. during the villa check-out, the deposit is refunded.

Kalkan: Our region consists of settlements located on steep mountain slopes due to its geographical location. Therefore, there are uphill and unpaved roads during transportation to the villas. Note: In our protected pool villas, we do not guarantee 100% invisibility, and there is always a 5% margin of error.
