Villa SHV669 is our honeymoon and holiday villa for rent with a very beautiful design and decoration. Our villa located in Kalkan' Akbel Mevkii has 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people. It is ideal for both couples and nuclear families. The holiday villa, which has a sheltered pool terrace, has an elegant heart-shaped pool. There is also a movie theater in our holiday villa, which will increase your pool pleasure with its jacuzzi feature in the pool. All details have been meticulously considered for our guests in our villa, which has a green area and a barbecue in its pleasant garden.

Bedrooms:

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up bathroom, and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a toilet.

Living Room: The villa lounge has a comfortable seating group, air conditioning, TV, internet, satellite receiver, dining table, and coffee table.

Kitchen: In the kitchen of our villa, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, kettle, and 4-person dining set.

Pool and Garden: The pool and garden are sheltered and not visible from the outside. There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, a swing dining table, and a barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. will be provided by the staff looking after our villa. done by the staff, for a fee.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as any damage, broken or loss, 10 minutes from the departure from the villa. The villa/apartment is checked first and the deposit is returned to our guest.

The first-day check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon, and the departure time from the villa on the last day is 10:00 in the morning. We would like to point out that we will not be able to assist you if you arrive earlier than your Villa/Apartment check-in time, as cleaning is done in the intervening time. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa.

In all our villas, which have a location in nature, spraying is done regularly. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly, etc. is likely to be found.

We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools, and these villas always have a 5% avoidance.
