Located in the private Lavender development above Kalkan, the property is a short walk from the clubhouse restaurant and cocktail bar, as well as a private infinity pool.

NOTE: A cleaning fee of 1000 TL is requested for rentals of less than 7 nights. The minimum stay is 5 nights.

NOTE: Apart from the house's own private pool, we have a semi-Olympic and children's pool at Lavanta Clubhouse.

Kitchen: In the kitchen designed as an American-style kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, 4-burner (built-in), electric kettle, pans & pots, etc. There is kitchen equipment.

Garden: In the private garden, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace, 6 sun loungers, a sitting group, a 6-person dining table, and 2 pears.

Pool: Pool dimensions are 6 m x 3 m, and the depth is 1.55 m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur. Using the Internet; is sufficient for issues such as e-mails, social media accounts, and accessing newspapers and news sites; It is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, or downloading files.

Extras: There is wireless internet in the villa. The villa is delivered to our guests in a clean way.

Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which have a location in nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. There is a possibility that there is a possibility of existence. There are no hygienic consumption needs (toilet paper, food/beverage, etc.) in the villas. Our villa has 90% protection. There is a share of protection.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 2000 Turkish Liras is required at the entrance. The deposit is returned at the exit of the villa if there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost.

Kalkan; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill.

General note for all villas in the Kalkan region: Due to the high demand, our villas in the Kalkan region may experience situations such as electricity and water cuts, low voltage, infrastructure, and construction work.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Our guest check-in hours are determined as 16:00. Our guest check-out time from our villas is 10:00 in the morning.
