Villa SHV658, which has modern and wooden architecture, is located in the Kalkan Sarıbelen Region, which started to be rented in 2022, and has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. All details such as gym, Turkish bath, sauna, indoor pool, table tennis, and foosball are thought for you, our guests. It has a large jacuzzi on the terrace floor. Villa SHV658, which has a playground in a large garden area, awaits our guests.

Kitchen:  With its wooden architecture and ethnic atmosphere, the modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinnerware, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room with a high ceiling, stylish and modern design, has a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom, and sink.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom, and sink.

Pool Dimensions: It is 10 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 3 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 1250 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Damage Deposit: The deposit fee requested for Villa Foresta is 2000 Turkish Liras. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damaged, broken, or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.
