The 2-bedroom villa, which offers accommodation for up to 4 people in Kalkan Islamlar village, is designed for families and honeymooners. Our villa, which is in the category of family and friend groups and honeymoon couples, has a magnificent view of nature. Villa, located in lush nature, comes to the fore with its modern architecture. The pool is sheltered and the garden is not visible from the outside, offering a peaceful holiday opportunity for our guests.

NOTE: The last 1.5 km of the road to our villa is a stabilized (ground) road.

Bedrooms:
1st Bedroom: 1 double round bed, wardrobe, make-up table, wing chair, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet, TV, treadmill, wide balcony, and sea view. There is a coffee table. It has a jacuzzi.
2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, make-up table, 1 armchair and coffee table, hair dryer, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet, TV, large balcony, and sea view.

Kitchen:  The American kitchen, designed with the latest technological kitchen equipment, includes a cooking, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, oven, kettle, dinnerware, pans and pots, cutlery, and cutlery.

Living Room: The living room, which is comfortable and modern, has a luxurious sitting group, air conditioning, HD-smart TV and satellite receiver, DVD player, ironing board, and wireless internet. There is a toilet on the living room floor. The lounge has an exit to the poolside and garden terrace.

Pool Dimensions:

It is 13 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

Garden:

The private pool is sheltered and not visible from the outside. There are 4 sun loungers and umbrellas, table tennis, dining table and chairs, garden sitting group, hammock, and barbecue in the garden area.

Internet: There is wireless internet in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner and the cleaning is done once a week.

For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 1500 Turkish Liras is requested.

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All of our villas, which have a location in nature, are regularly sprayed. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located within the village, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 3000 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

İslamlar area; Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (earth) roads during the transportation to the villas.
Note: We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools, there is always a 5% margin of avoidance in these villas.
