Villa SHV619 is located in the Kaş-Çavdır area of Antalya and is among our villas in nature. Our villa with a capacity of 6 people offers you a comfortable and luxurious holiday. It is one of our ideal villas for both your summer and winter holidays with its heated indoor and outdoor pools.
Villa SHV619 is one of our magnificent villas where you will have a pleasant holiday with your family and friends and you will not get enough of your holiday with its sauna, Turkish bath, game room, and nature view.

Bedrooms:
1st Bedroom: It is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a jacuzzi.
2nd Bedroom: It is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a make-up table, and a bathroom.
3rd Bedroom: It is a two-person suite bedroom. In the bedroom, there are 2 single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a make-up table, and a bathroom.

Living Room: In the living room, which has a view of nature, there is a modern sofa set, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a 6-person dining table, exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the American-style designed kitchen; dinnerware for 6 people, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pan & pot, etc. kitchen equipment is available.

Garden: In the private garden, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace, 6 sun loungers, a sofa set, a 6-person Dining Table, and a BBQ.

Pool: Outside Pool: 4 m x 11 m in dimensions, 1.5 m deep. Pool and garden maintenance has done once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: There is wireless internet in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur.

Extras: The villa is delivered clean to the guests and the cleaning has done once a week.

For stays of less than 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 500 TL is requested.

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. insurance is not included in the prices. All of our villas, which have a location in nature, are regularly sprayed. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located within the village, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: For damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. a deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

Kalkan; due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (soil) roads during the transportation to the villas.
