Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner and the cleaning is done once a week. Extra cleaning is available at an additional cost.

The minimum stay is 7 nights.

An extra fee of 750 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 2000 Turkish Liras is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
