Bedrooms:
1st Bedroom: It is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a jacuzzi.
2nd Bedroom: It is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a make-up table, and a shared bathroom.
3. Bedroom: It is a suite bedroom for 2 people. In the bedroom, there are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, an air conditioner, a bedside table, make-up table.

Living Room: There is a modern sofa set, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 6 people, and exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Villa SHV603 has an American-style kitchen. In the existing kitchen; dinnerware, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pan & pot, etc. kitchen equipment is available.

Garden: There is a swimming pool, sun terrace, children's playground, and sun loungers in the private garden.

Pool: There is a private sheltered infinity pool. Pool dimensions: 9mx4m Depth: 1.55m. Pool and garden maintenance has done once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: There is wireless internet in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner and the cleaning has to do once a week.

The cleaning fee is 1000 Turkish Liras for a stay of fewer than 7 nights.

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.
Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. insurance is not included in the prices. All of our villas, which have a location in nature, are regularly sprayed. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located within the village, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: For damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. a deposit of 2500 Turkish Liras is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as a broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is repaid at the exit of the villa.

Kalkan; due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlement units located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (soil) roads during transportation to the villas.
