Villa TVK600 is located in the Akbel district, close to the center of Kalkan. It is a nice option for large families or large groups of friends. It has 6 bedrooms and offers an accommodation capacity of 12 people. Our villa, which stands out with its modern structure and sea view, is a very suitable option for our guests who want to have a nice holiday with its location close to the center.

Living Room: In the living room, which has sea and nature views, there is a modern sitting group, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 8 people, and exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the kitchen is designed as an American-style kitchen; Dinnerware for 12 people, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pan & pot, etc. kitchen equipment is available.

Garden: There is a swimming pool, sun terrace, sun loungers, sitting group, Dining Table, and BBQ in the private garden.

Pool: Private swimming pool. Dimensions: 9m x 4m x 1.70m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner and the cleaning is done once a week.

For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 1000TL is requested.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 3000 Turkish Liras is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
