Living Room: The villa is tastefully furnished and decorated, with air conditioning to provide comfort throughout the villa. The spacious open-plan lounge features a Sky TV and French doors that open onto the large terrace and private swimming pool.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: The master bedroom has a double bed, side units, a wardrobe, a makeup table, a balcony at the front, and an ensuite toilet/shower.

2nd Bedroom: There are double beds, side units, a balcony, a wardrobe, a makeup table, and an ensuite toilet/shower.

3rd Bedroom: There are twin beds, side units, a balcony, a wardrobe, a makeup table, and an ensuite toilet/shower.

4th Bedroom: There are double beds, side units, a rooftop terrace with two sun loungers and a parasol, a wardrobe, ensuite toilet/shower.

5th Bedroom: The bedroom is on the ground floor and has 1 double bed with an en suite shower room.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Weekly maid service is provided and the towels and bed linen are changed once a week. (Beach and sunbed towels are not provided). Amenities/Facilities: Private Pool, Parking, Garden. Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Hob/Stove, Iron, Microwave, Oven, Washing Machine. Air Conditioning, Cot, High Chair, Internet Access, Room Fans, Satellite/TV.

Internet: There is a free Wi-Fi connection throughout the villa.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of £350 is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Your payment, instead of £350; is possible to pay US Dollars, Turkish Liras, and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guests.
