3 bedroom very private Kalkan Villa is located just a 15-minute stroll from the center of the enchanting Kalkan village and harbor, which is packed with delicious restaurants and is known as a premier holiday resort in the ‘Turkish Riviera’.Extremely well equipped, the villa has been designed and furnished to a very high standard and the accommodation offers bright, comfortable, and contemporary living.

There is a dining area that comfortably sits for 8 people.

The lounge has comfortable sofas and a flat-screen Smart TV. There is direct access to the pool and sun terrace.

Bedroom 1: room with balcony, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning, bathroom. 

Bedroom 2: room with balcony. 2 single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning, bathroom.

Kitchen: Large, spacious, and modern equipped American kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, etc...

Swimming pool: measures 7 x 3.5 meters and is 1.50 meters deep.Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Weekly maid service is provided and the towels and bed linen are changed once a week. (Beach and sunbed towels are not provided).

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 4000TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Payment, instead of 4000TL; It is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guests.
