Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, the necessary controls are also made and the need to comply with these hours due to the completion of the deficiencies is strongly requested from our villa guests.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. There is no additional charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are also regularly sprayed. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located in villages, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. 2000 Turkish Lira deposit is required at the entrance. The deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa when there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost.
