Villa SHV551 is situated a 15-minute walk from Kalkan Public Beach in Kalkan. The villa has 4 bedrooms and offers accommodation for 8 people. Interior design and furnishings here are contemporary and comfortable, with splashes of color in the artwork that look great against the cool white walls.

Bedroom 2 (Terrace Floor): This is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dresser, vanity table, bathroom, and terrace exit.

Bedroom 3 (1st Floor): It is a suite bedroom for 2 people. There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, dresser, the make-up table in the bedroom. The bathroom is located outside the room.

Bedroom 4 (1st Floor): It is a suite bedroom for 2 people. There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, dresser, the make-up table in the bedroom. The bathroom is located outside the room.

Living Room: There is a modern sofa set, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, 8-person dining table, and an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: The kitchen designed as an American-style kitchen; 8-person dinner set, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove hob (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pans & pots, etc.

Garden: There is a swimming pool, sun terrace, 8 sun loungers, sitting group, 8-person dining table, BBQ.

Pool: There is a rectangular sheltered pool. Pool Dimensions; It is 10m x 4m, Depth: 1.60m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests clean and the villa is cleaned once a week.

For stays less than 7 nights, a 5000TL cleaning fee is required.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, the necessary controls are also made and the need to comply with these hours due to the completion of the deficiencies is strongly requested from our villa guests.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. There is no additional charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are also regularly sprayed. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located in villages, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. A deposit of 5000 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
