Villa SHV544 is a fully sheltered villa with a pool located against a magnificent view in the Kalkan Islamlar region. The pool terrace of our villa, which has panoramic sea and nature views, is designed as spacious and wide. Comfortable furniture was used in our villa, which was designed with the comfort of our guests in mind. Everything you may need on holiday has been thought for you in our Villa.
Our villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a television, a bathroom, and a jacuzzi. Jacuzzi has a beautiful view due to its location. The second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning, and a bathroom. This room has its own balcony. In the common area, there is a living room, kitchen, air conditioning, and television.
Our villa is located in a quiet and calm location, intertwined with nature. It's time to get rid of the crowd and noise of the city.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, furniture, TV, jacuzzi, toilet-bathroom
2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, furniture, toilet-bathroom, and balcony

Living Room: In the living room, which has sea and nature views, there is a modern sofa set, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 6 people, and exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the kitchen is designed as an American-style kitchen; Dinnerware for 4 people, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pan & pot, etc. kitchen equipment is available.

Garden: In the private garden, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace, 4 sun loungers, a sitting group, a dining table for 4 people, and a barbecue.

Pool: There is a rectangular-shaped sheltered pool. Pool Dimensions; It is 10m x 4m, and the Depth: is 1.60m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: There is wireless internet in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner and the cleaning is done once a week.

For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 600 TL is requested.

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Damage deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
