Villa SHV542 is located in the Kalkan Kiziltas area. It is a 2 bedroom villa for rent for 4 people. Specially designed for honeymooners and nuclear families. The villa with a jacuzzi is located in the one of perfect locations which have a magnificent sea view. The villa is very close to the center and is only 10 minutes away from the public beach. It has a fireplace in our living room waiting for you, our valued guests, for you to have a pleasant holiday. There is a sauna section in our villa and it can be used by our customers if they wish.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double suite bedroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, bathroom, sink, and jacuzzi.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, bathroom, and sink.

Kitchen: There is a large American kitchen, air conditioning, dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, 4 built-in cookers, kettle, toaster, and toaster.

Living Room: In the living room of our villa, you can access the sitting group, TV, satellite, internet, air conditioning, fireplace, and pool terrace.

Pool and Garden: There is a sheltered conservative swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, garden seating, and a pleasure corner. For families with children, we have a small children's entertainment area. There is a barbecue on the pool terrace of our villa.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc.

For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 700TL is requested.

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All of our villas, which have a location in nature, are regularly sprayed. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located within the village, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
