Villa SHV536 is one of our sea-view villas located in the Kördere district of Kalkan. It has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. It is an ideal option for our conservative families and honeymoon couples since the opposite of the pool is sheltered. The heated pool inside the villa and the villa is one of our suitable options for both summer and winter holidays.

Note: The pool heating system in the villa is available to our guests for 120TL per day. We request you to request it at the time of reservation.

Pool Heating: Heating feature for ... TL per day, the maximum temperature level of the outdoor pools is 28 ° C. Especially in outdoor pools, between the beginning of November and the end of March, the pool water heats up to a maximum of 26 ° C due to weather conditions.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers.

Note: The villa is delivered to the guests cleanly and is cleaned once a week.

For stays less than 7 nights, a ........ TL cleaning fee is required.

High-season accommodation is not accepted for less than 7 nights and 5 nights in the winter season.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, the necessary controls are also made and the need to comply with these hours due to the completion of the deficiencies is strongly requested from our villa guests.

Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. There is no additional charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. insurance are not included in the prices. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas, which are located in nature. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located in villages, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is required upon arrival. The deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa when there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost.
