Villa SHV535 is our honeymoon villa with a fully sheltered pool, completed in 2019. Everything in our villa has been thought out to the smallest detail and has been designed for our guests who want to experience a privileged holiday. Our villa, which has excellent nature and sea views from every room, is extremely luxurious, specially decorated, and designed. Our villa, which has 2 suite bedrooms, also has a completely sheltered pool terrace. At the same time, the hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, and heated indoor pool in the villa are perfectly designed to relieve the tiredness of a whole year. For a pleasant and comfortable holiday, our villa awaits you, our valued guests.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Double bed, sea view, jacuzzi.

2nd Bedroom: It is a double bedded room with a sea view and en-suite bathroom.

Living Room: There is a modern seating group, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 6 people, and exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the kitchen is designed in an American style; a dinner set for 6 people, a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pan & pot, etc. kitchen equipment is available.

There is an indoor pool, Turkish bath, sauna, and cinema projection on the ground floor.

There is a heated indoor pool for you to use comfortably even in winter.

There is a music system on the sofa in the living room of our villa. You can listen to the music you want from your sofa by connecting with Bluetooth. In addition, the same system is located in the bed and in the bedroom.

Pool dimensions: 6 m. x 2.5m. depth 135 cm.

Note: Pool heating is included in the prices between 01 October - 01 May. If heating is requested in other periods, the heating fee is charged extra. The pool Heating fee is calculated during the day of stay. Guests who want pool heating should contact the contact person 3 days before they enter the villa.

Note: There is a 22-step staircase at the entrance to our villa. Check-in and out of the villa are made from Monday to Monday.

Internet: There is wireless internet in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner and the cleaning is done once a week.

For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 1000 TL is requested.

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All of our villas, which have a location in nature, are regularly sprayed. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located within the village, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: For damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. a deposit of 2000 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

Kalkan: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlement units located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (soil) roads during transportation to the villas.
Note: We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools, there is always a 5% margin of avoidance in these villas.
