Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: This is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dresser, a make-up table, and a bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: This is a suite bedroom for two people. The bedroom has 2 single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dresser, a make-up table, bathroom.

Living Room: There is a modern sofa set, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a 6-person dining table, and an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: The kitchen is designed as an American-style kitchen; Dinner set for 6 people, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove hob (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pans & pots, etc. There is kitchen equipment.

Garden: In the private garden, there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun terrace, 6 sun loungers, sitting group, dining table for 4 people, and a barbecue.

Pool: There is a rectangular sheltered pool. Pool Dimensions; It is 9m x 5m, and the Depth: is 1.55m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the villa. There may be interruptions in the use of internet service in the lower parts of the region.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests cleanly and is cleaned once a week.

For stays less than 7 nights, a 600TL cleaning fee is required.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 1000TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Your payment, instead of 500TL; It is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guests.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cooking, etc. services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week. There are clean bed linen and towel sets in the bedrooms.
