The American kitchen, living room, and bedroom on the ground floor can be accessed from the pool terrace. The apartment, which offers a comfortable holiday to our guests, is furnished with the utmost care and is one of the ideal apartments for your holiday with its private pool.

Living Room: In the living room, which has sea and nature views, there is a modern sofa set, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 6 people, and exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the kitchen is designed as an American-style kitchen; Dinner set for 6 people, a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pan & pot, etc. kitchen equipment is available.

Garden: In the private garden, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace, 6 sun loungers, a sitting group, a 6-person dining table, and a barbecue.

Pool: There is a rectangular-shaped sheltered pool. Pool Dimensions; 8m x 4m, Depth: 1.5m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day, in the morning or in the evening. There is a heating system in the pool of our villa and it can be activated if desired during the winter months. A daily heating fee of 80 TL is charged.

Internet: There is wireless internet in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner and the cleaning is done once a week.

For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 1500TL is requested.

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 2500 Turkish Liras is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
