Villa TVK513, located in Kalkan Kızıltaş, is one of the 5 duplex villas with a private pool, capable of accommodating 6 people. It is located very close to the center of Kalkan, restaurants, markets, and beaches.

On the ground floor, there is an American kitchen, living room, and one suite bedroom, and on the first floor, there are two suite bedrooms. There is access to the pool terrace from the American kitchen, living room, and bedroom on the ground floor. The apartment, which offers our guests a comfortable holiday, is very carefully furnished and is one of our ideal apartments with its private pool for your holiday.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, bathroom, air conditioning.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, bathroom, air conditioning.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, bathroom, air conditioning.

Living room: The living room has a modern seating area, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a 6-person dining table, and access to the pool terrace with a view of the sea and nature.

Kitchen: The kitchen is designed in an American style and includes a 6-person dining set, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric water heater, toaster, frying pan & pot, and other kitchen equipment.

Garden: The private garden features a swimming pool, sun terrace, 6 sun loungers, a seating area, a 6-person dining table, and a barbecue.

Pool: The pool is rectangular and protected. Pool Dimensions: 8m x 4m, Depth: 1.5m. The pool and garden are maintained once a day in the morning or evening. Our villa has a pool heating system that can be activated if desired during the winter months. An 80 TL daily heating fee is charged.

Internet: The villa has wireless internet, but there may be interruptions due to the area's infrastructure from internet service providers.

Extras: The villa is delivered to guests in a clean state and cleaning is done once a week.

A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Check-in and Check-out Times: The check-in time for all our villas is in the afternoon at 4:00 PM, and the check-out time is in the morning at 10:00 AM. It is important to comply with these times because in addition to cleaning the villas, necessary checks are also made and any shortages are completed. Our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these times.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2500 Turkish Liras is taken upon check-in for any breakage, damage, loss, etc. The deposit will be returned upon check-out if there is no damage or loss.
