Villa TVK511 located in the Kalkan Kızıltaş area is a 5-apartment complex with a private pool, one of which has a capacity of 6 people and is a duplex. It is located very close to the center of Kalkan, restaurants, markets, and beaches.

On the ground floor, there is an American kitchen, living room, and 1 suite bedroom, and on the first floor, there are 2 suite bedrooms. There is access from the American kitchen, living room, and bedroom on the ground floor to the pool terrace. The apartment, which offers our guests a comfortable holiday, is meticulously decorated and is one of our ideal apartments for your holiday with its private pool.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, bathroom, air conditioning

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, bathroom, air conditioning.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, bathroom, air conditioning.

Living Room: The living room with a sea and nature view has a modern seating area, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a dining table for 6, and access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: The kitchen is designed in an American style and features a 6-person dining set, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric water heater, toaster, pots & pans, and other kitchen equipment.

Garden: The private garden features a swimming pool, sunbathing terrace, 6 sun loungers, a seating area, a 6-person dining table, and a barbecue.

Pool: The villa features a rectangular, sheltered pool. Pool dimensions: 8m x 4m, depth: 1.5m. The pool and garden are maintained once a day, either in the morning or evening.

Internet: The villa has wireless internet. However, interruptions may occur due to the infrastructure of the area and the service providers.

Extras: The villa is delivered to guests in a clean state, and is cleaned once a week.

For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 1500 TL is required.

Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in time is at 16:00 in the afternoon, and check-out time is at 10:00 in the morning. It is important for villa guests to adhere to these times in order for the villa to be cleaned and for necessary checks and repairs to be made. This is requested with utmost importance from our villa guests.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 2500 Turkish Lira is taken at check-in for damage, loss, breakage, spillage, etc. If there is no problem such as breakage, loss, damage, or loss, the deposit will be returned at the time of leaving the villa.
