Kitchen: The kitchen is designed in an American style and includes a 6-person dining set, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric water heater, toaster, pan & pot, and other kitchen equipment.

Garden: The private garden features a swimming pool, sunbathing terrace, 6 sun loungers, a seating group, a 6-person dining table, and a barbecue.

Pool: There is a rectangular, protected pool. The pool dimensions are 8m x 4m and the depth is 1.5m. The pool and garden are cleaned once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: The villa has wireless internet. Due to the area's infrastructure, internet service providers may experience interruptions.

Extras: The villa is delivered to guests in a clean condition and is cleaned once a week.

A cleaning fee of 1500 Turkish Liras is requested for stays of less than 7 nights.

Villa Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time for all of our villas is in the afternoon at 4:00 PM and check-out time is in the morning at 10:00 AM. It is essential to adhere to these times to allow for the villas' cleaning and completing necessary checks and repairs. We kindly request this of our villa guests.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 2500 Turkish Lira is taken at check-in for damage, loss, breakage, spillage, etc. The deposit will be refunded at check-out if there are no problems such as breakage, damage, loss, or loss.
