Villa SHV 496 is one of our duplex rental villas with a unique sea view in the town of Kalkan. It is eye-catching with its modern design as well as its sea view. There are 5 bedrooms in the villa. Its total capacity is 9 people. It is among the villa where friend groups and large families can comfortably stay. Our villa, which has a magnificent sea view from the terrace and pool terrace, also sees the sea view from all the rooms. An unforgettable holiday is waiting for you.

1st Bedroom: It is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: It is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: It is a suite bedroom for 2 people. In the bedroom, there are 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioner, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom.

4th Bedroom: It is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom.

5th Bedroom: It is a suite for 1 person. In the bedroom, there is 1 single bed, wardrobe, air conditioner, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom.

Living Room: In the living room, which has sea and nature views, there is a modern sofa set, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 12 people, exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the kitchen designed as an American style kitchen; Dinnerware for 12 people, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pan & pot, etc. kitchen equipment is available.

NOTE: The pool heating is active in October, November, April, and May in our villa and is included in the price.

Garden: In the private garden, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace, 6 sun loungers, a sitting group, a 12-person Dining Table, a Barbecue.

Pool: There is a rectangular-shaped sheltered pool. Pool Dimensions; 7m x 4m, Depth: 1.70m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: There is wireless internet in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean manner and the cleaning is done once a week.

For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 750 TL is requested.

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All of our villas, which have a location in nature, are regularly sprayed. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located inside the village, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 1500 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
