The beautiful one-bedroom villa is located at Kalkan and it is specially designed for honeymoon couples who want to have a holiday away from crowded cities. Our villa is very close to the city center and the beach. It will be an ideal choice for our guests who want to have a pleasant and comfortable holiday. The villa is a very suitable option for your summer vacation.

Bedroom:

Double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.

Living Room: In the living room with sea and nature views, there is a modern sofa set, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 4, and exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: The kitchen is designed as an American-style kitchen; Dinner set for 6 people, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pans & pots, etc.

Pool Dimensions: Width - 3.50 cm | Length - 5 m | Depth - 1.55 cm

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, cross-sections caused by internet service providers may be experienced. 

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests cleanly and is cleaned once a week.

For stays less than 7 nights, a 600 TL cleaning fee is required.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, the necessary controls are also made and the need to comply with these hours due to the completion of the deficiencies is strongly requested from our villa guests.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as a broken or lost, the deposit is returned to your account at the exit of the villa.
