The Villa SHV46  is a unique luxury modern villa with a lovely sea view/ Sleeping 10-11 people in five air-conditioned bedrooms Villa SHV46 is perfect for large family groups or even two smaller families on holiday together. Parking is available directly outside the villa.  A few small local shops including grocers, mini market and pide house are only 250m away. Taxis from the town center are readily available and inexpensive should you not fancy the walk back up.

The villa has 50m2  private infinity swimming pools in Kalkan with an excellent sea view.  There are lots of south-facing sun terraces to give sun from first thing in the morning to last thing at night but areas of shade are there should you need them. The first floor has a modern open-plan living area with a raised modern kitchen/dining area with large doors out to the terrace. The ground floor is two double en suite bedrooms perfect for older visitors or those who like to get up and out early.

On the second floor are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi and access to the first-floor balcony. A second double bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony.

One more double en-suite room is on the roof level which accesses to the roof terrace

Cleaning & Maintenance: Villa will be cleaned before arrival and complimentary cleaning is provided once a week. If you require any extra cleaning services this can be provided through the villa maintenance team at an extra cost.

Internet: There is a free wi-fi connection throughout the villa.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 2000TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Your payment, instead of 2000TL; It is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, and Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guests.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, and internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cook, etc. services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week. There are clean bed linen and towel sets in the bedrooms.
