Located in the Ortaalan section of Kalkan and accessible by a 10-minute walk to the city center, this two-story villa is one of our luxury villas with 4 bedrooms and a capacity of 8 people, with an elevator. Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom, and toilet. The room opens onto a large terrace with sea and mountain views.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom, and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There is 1 single bed, air conditioning, make-up table, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom, and toilet.

4th Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, make-up table, bedside table, wardrobe. The bathroom and toilet are shared use. The room opens onto a large terrace with sea and mountain views.

Living Room: The living room, which has been designed with luxury, modern, and comfort, has air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group, iron and ironing board, sink. There is an exit from the living room to the poolside. The living room is on the pool floor. Upstairs there is another observation deck for relaxing and sunbathing. In this area, there is a comfortable seating group, table, and chair.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, pots and pans, dinnerware for 12 people, spoon and fork set, and glasses. It has a dining table and seating for 8 people.

On this floor, there is also a utility room with an iron and ironing board, and an additional guest bathroom.

Pool Dimensions: It is 10 m x 3 m wide, 1.60 m deep.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc.

Stays less than 5 nights are not accepted.

For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 800TL is required.

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
