Villa SHV455 is located in the Central area of ​​Kalkan, a 5-minute walk from the city center. Villa SHV455, Villa SHV458, and Villa SHV459, which are built on two floors and started to rent, are placed in a way not to obstruct the sea view of each other. The downstairs kitchen and high-rise two-story living area open to the infinity pool and the sea view. Villa SHV455 has an elevator and is suitable for guests with a handicap.

Lounge: The lounge has air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sofa, iron and ironing board, washbasin, and exit to the pool. The lounge is on the pool floor. On the top floor, there is also a very large-looking terrace to relax and sunbathe. In this area, there are seating groups, tables, and chairs.

Kitchen: The Kitchen of the Villa features a modern American-style kitchen. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, built-in oven, fridge, washing machine, built-in hob, electric kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, dinner set for 12 people, spoon and cutlery set, and glasses. Features a dining table and a seating area for 8 people. This floor also has an auxiliary room with an iron and ironing board, as well as a guest bathroom.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow covers, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Less than 5 nights accommodation is not accepted.

For stays less than 7 nights, a 400TL cleaning fee is required.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are strongly requested to make the necessary controls and to comply with these hours due to the completion of the deficiencies.
