Villa TVK432 is one of our conservative villas for rent, built in the Islamlar area of ​​Kalkan, located in the endless greenery, and specially designed for honeymooners. We are waiting for you, our special couples who want to have a pleasant and comfortable holiday away from the eyes.

Bedroom

There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, air conditioner, heated indoor pool, bathroom, and toilet.

Living Room

The lounge area is modern an ideal space for entertaining plus a nature view and the pool floor. The lounge has a relaxing area perfect after a long day in the sun. The living room has a sitting group, television, free internet, air conditioning, a nest of tables, and wc. 

Kitchen

The kitchen area is a stylish American-style modern space with plus sea & nature view and the pool floor. It hosts a dishwasher, washing machine, dinner table, fridge, kettle, oven and hob, and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Garden and Pool

The pool area is with a private pool. The garden has a patio area with garden furniture provided. plus sun loungers, a sitting group, a dinner table, a table and chairs, a barbecue, and an umbrella. An attendant is cleaning the pool and garden area every day.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean all villas before you come and 1 time in a week. if you wanna have extra cleaning you need to pay extra.

Internet: There is wireless internet in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions from internet service providers may occur.

Entry and Exit Hours to the Villa: The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.

Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All of our villas, which have a location in nature, are regularly sprayed. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located in the village, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 5000 Turkish Liras is required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

Kalkan; Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlement units located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (earth) roads during transportation to the villas.
