Constructed in 2017, Villa Primavera is luxuriously appointed with truly stunning sea and mountain views.

Set out over three floors the villa offers plenty of space for up to 8 guests in 4 en-suite bedrooms and an open plan living area plus a huge games room on the lower ground floor, complete with a pool table.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor (entrance level):

Open plan living, kitchen, and dining space with views out to the pool terrace and the sea beyond. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, plus a flat-screen TV and DVD player.

Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen contains a range of appliances such as an oven, hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.

The dining table seats 8 guests.

A WC is also located on this floor.

Sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

First floor:

This level has two bedrooms, a Master double with a large en-suite shower room plus a Jacuzzi bath in the bedroom and a sea view balcony. A second double bedroom can be found across the landing. This also has an en-suite shower room plus a sea-view balcony.

Lower ground floor:

This level houses a further two bedrooms - each with twin beds. Each of these bedrooms has an en-suite shower room plus a garden terrace and sea views.

Also on this floor is the games room with pool table plus cinema area with games console.

A utility room with a washing machine plus a WC can also be found on this floor.

Outside the villa:

The pool terrace is furnished with ample sunloungers and parasols. An al-fresco dining area seats 8 guests and a BBQ is provided.

The pool itself has a Jacuzzi section plus a shallow area for children or loungers.

Table tennis is provided at the rear of the house, together with some gym equipment.

The center of Kalkan town lies a few minutes' drives away - taxis are very easily available. It is possible to walk into town within 20-25 minutes.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week, if you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are done by the staff looking at our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 3000TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Payment, instead of 3000TL; It is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, and Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time to all our Villas is in the afternoon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 am to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guests.

Points to Note: Saturday - Saturday arrivals and departures are preferred at this villa.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, and internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cooking, etc. services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week. There are clean bed linen and towel sets in the bedrooms.
