We’re very pleased to welcome Villa SHV422 to our portfolio.

This beautifully presented 5-bedroom villa is contemporary in style and is a 12-15 minute walk from the center of Kalkan’s town center. It’s also close to Villas SHV420 and SHV421, so two or three of these villas would be ideal for an extended group who want to be in close proximity to one another.

The accommodation is comprised of the following:

Ground floor:

Open plan living, dining, and kitchen area.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus a TV.

The dining table seats 8 guests and the modern kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances such as a large fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob and extractor, dishwasher, microwave, and water-cooler.

Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open out onto the villa’s pool terrace.

The first of the villa’s 5 bedrooms are located on this level. This is a double bedroom that has sliding doors out onto a garden area. An en-suite shower area is screened off by a frosted glass panel.

A guest cloakroom is also provided on this floor.

First floor:

Double bedroom with en-suite shower area screened off by a frosted glass panel. This bedroom has a balcony to the side of the property.

Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to a front-facing balcony that runs across the whole width of the property. This balcony is shared with the adjacent bedroom and is furnished with tables and chairs.

Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to a front-facing balcony that runs across the whole width of the property (shared with the above-mentioned bedroom).

Second floor:

A stunning double bedroom suite is located on this level. This has a double bed and en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead out onto the villa’s roof terrace which is furnished with two sun-loungers, a comfortable seating set, and a Jacuzzi. An ideal spot from which to enjoy a sundowner while taking in the breathtaking views.

Outside the villa:

Own pool with surrounding terrace – this is furnished with sun-loungers and parasols, a shaded al-fresco dining area to seat 8 guests, BBQ, sofa seating set, and table tennis.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Weekly maid service is provided and the towels and bed linen are changed once a week. (Beach and sunbed towels are not provided). Amenities/Facilities: Private Pool, Parking, Garden. Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Hob/Stove, Iron, Microwave, Oven, Washing Machine. Air Conditioning, Cot, High Chair, Internet Access, Room Fans, Satellite/TV.

Internet: There is a free wi-fi connection throughout the villa.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 2000TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Your payment, instead of 2000TL; is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check-in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guests.
