Villa SHV419 is located in the Kızıltaş district of Kalkan town of Antalya, which is a world-famous holiday resort. The villa has a private garden and a sheltered private pool and has a fascinating sea view. It offers a calm holiday in nature, away from the noise and chaos of the city. 

Villa SHV419 includes all home decoration items and is in the comfort of a five-star hotel. Our master suite has a round bed, an indoor pool with a heated jacuzzi. Next to this beautiful large villa, there is another 5-bedroom villa, and the capacity reaches 20 people by renting 2 villas at the same time. Villa SHV419 is a region with the most beautiful sea and Kalkan view. This villa, which has a triple structure, has 5 suite bedrooms and one of these rooms is a master suite.

Note: Part of the road to the villa consists of a steep ramp.

Bedrooms: Suite bedrooms have a sea view and air conditioning. There is a set of clean linens and towels in the bedroom.

Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): Master Suite room, 1 double round bed, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom, jacuzzi heated indoor pool, hairdryer, and balcony with sea view.

Bedroom 3 (1st Floor): Suite room, 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom, hairdryer, and balcony with sea view.

Bedroom 4 (Terrace Floor): The suite room has 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, vanity table, air conditioner, bathroom, and hairdryer.

Bedroom 5 (Terrace Floor): Suite room, 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom, hairdryer.

About Pool Heating: The pool heating system is only available in the indoor pool. The maximum heat level that the pools with indoor pool heating features will reach is 30 C.

Lounge: The villa lounge is air-conditioned and has a sea view. There is a vacuum cleaner, modern sofa set, satellite receiver, LCD TV, DVD Player, iron and ironing board, and sink in the elegantly decorated hall. There is an exit from the lounge to the poolside. The hall is on the pool floor.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen with sea view. It includes a water dispenser, dishwasher, cutlery, refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, washing machine, built-in oven, electric kettle, toaster, pans and pots, 10-person dinner set, and dining table. The kitchen is located on the pool floor.

Garden: The garden and pool of the villa with a private garden are maintained and cleaned once a day by the staff. In the garden, there is a barbecue, dining table and chairs, parasol, pool, and sun loungers.

Pool: There is a private sheltered swimming pool in the garden. Pool dimensions; length is 12.30 m, width is 3.70 m, depth is 1.60 m. Inner pool dimensions: Length is 4 meters, width is 2 meters and depth is 1 meter. This pool will be heated free of charge from 1st October to 15th May.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, cross-sections caused by internet service providers may be experienced. Using the Internet is sufficient in matters such as emails, social media accounts, and accessing newspapers and news sites; It is not sufficient in usage such as watching movies and videos and downloading files.

Extras: Jacuzzi, baby bed, high chair, and steel safe.

For stays less than 7 nights, a 1500TL cleaning fee is required.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 2500TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Payment, instead of 2500TL; It is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, and Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time to all our Villas is in the afternoon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guests.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, and internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cooking, etc. services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week. There are clean bed linen and towel sets in the bedrooms.
