Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, washbasin, toilet, and jacuzzi.

2nd Bedroom: 1 single bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, bathroom, and washbasin for common use.

3rd Bedroom: 1 single bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, bathroom, and washbasin for common use.

4th Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table. Bathroom and sink are common use.

Living Room: There is a sitting group, TV, DVD, satellite, internet, iron, ironing board, sound system, air conditioning in the large designed hall of our villa.

Kitchen: In the kitchen of our villa, there is a dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in 4-stove, electric kettle, toaster, 6-person dinner set, pans, pots, fork, knife, etc.

Pool and Garden: Our villa has sunbeds, sun loungers, a barbecue, a dining table, and chairs by the pool. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by the attendant. Pool Dimensions: width-4 meters length-7 meters depth 1.80 meters

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

For stays less than 7 nights, a 450TL cleaning fee is required.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, the necessary controls are also made and the need to comply with these hours due to the completion of the deficiencies is strongly requested by our villa guests.

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 1000TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Your payment, instead of 1000TL; It is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check-in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guest.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cook, etc. services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week. There are clean bed linen and towel sets in the bedrooms.
