We are delighted to offer this detached modern luxury villa with four well-appointed bedrooms and sea views. The villa occupies approximately 400 square metres of internal floor space on a plot size of approximately 675 square metres and is conveniently located on a hillside near the town centre, which is an approximate 12-15 minutes’ walk away.

The villa features floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors that make the most of the views and it features a large open-plan living area and state of the art kitchen. The living area opens out onto a granite marble terrace area with a large infinity-edged pool and shaded pergola for al-fresco dining.

Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite wet room and the master bedroom also features a free-standing contemporary Jacuzzi.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: It is a double bedroom and an en-suite, vanity unit, fitted wardrobes, balcony with sea view.

2nd Bedroom: It is a double bedroom with an en-suite, vanity unit, fitted wardrobes, balcony with sea view.

3rd Bedroom: It is a double bedroom and an en-suite, vanity unit, fitted wardrobes, balcony with sea view.

4th Bedroom: It is a twin bedroom and an en-suite, vanity unit, fitted wardrobes etc.

Lounge: The air-conditioned lounge has sea and nature views. The living rooms have a modern and comfortable seating group, TV, satellite receiver and modem for internet. There is an exit from the lounge to the poolside.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in 4-stove, oven, microwave oven, pans and pots, electric kettle, kettle, toaster, 10-person dinner set, cutlery, water and tea glass set. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Outside each villa:

Damage Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 2000TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss, and loss. Your payment, instead of 2000TL; It is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check-in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guest.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas, internet charges are included in the prices, and no additional charges are required for these uses. Additional towels, bed linen, extra cleaning, car rental, insurance, cook, etc. services are not included in the prices, and if requested, assistance and guidance are provided by our staff. Once a week, the interior of the villa is cleaned. Garden-pool maintenance and cleaning are done every day of the week. There are clean bed linen and towel sets in the bedrooms.
