Villa SHV385 is our new, sheltered villa with 3 bedrooms and a private pool with a capacity of 6 people in the Akbel region of Kalkan. You can add fun to your day with table tennis and table football at the poolside with the sea view in our villa. Our villa is 5 minutes away from Kalkan center and very close to the sea by car. The garden floor of our villa with a private sheltered swimming pool has been designed extremely luxurious and there are a children's pool and table tennis in the garden. There is a sauna, cinema hall and table football in our rental villa. Our new rental villa, located 5 km from the center of Kalkan, offers you a peaceful holiday opportunity. All the items you may need during your holiday are available in our villa and it has all the facilities for us to have pleasant hours during your holiday.

Kitchen: There is an oven, refrigerator, built-in cooker, dish and washing machine, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, dinner set for 12 people in the modern American kitchen.

Pool: Pool cleaning is done once a day in our villa. There is a fully sheltered private swimming pool and a children's pool.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, table tennis, outdoor shower, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken, loss, or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can enter each villa as of 16:00. Our guests who will check out leave at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens, and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas in nature, but still, butterflies, bugs, flies, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
