Our villa has been designed in a modern and stylish way with its architectural structure. Bedroom 1: This is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dresser, a make-up table, and a bathroom.

Bedroom 2: This is a double suite bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dresser, a make-up table, and a bathroom.

Bedroom 3: This is a suite bedroom for 2 people. There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning, a dresser, a make-up table, bathroom in the bedroom.

Living Room: There are sea and nature views. There is a modern sofa set, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a dining table for 6 people, and an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: The kitchen has been designed as an American-style kitchen and there is a dinner set for 6 people, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove hob (built-in), electric kettle, toaster, pans & pots, etc. 

Garden: In the private garden, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace, 6 sun loungers, a sitting group, a dining table for 6 people, and a barbecue.

Pool: There is a rectangular sheltered pool. Pool Dimensions; It is 10m x 4m, and the Depth: is 1.60m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers.

Extras: The villa is delivered to the guests cleanly and is cleaned once a week.

For stays, of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 1500 TL is required.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, the necessary controls are also made and the need to comply with these hours due to the completion of the deficiencies is strongly requested from our villa guests.

Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. There is no additional charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets, and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. insurance are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located in villages, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, spillage, etc. A deposit of 3000 Turkish Lira is required at the entrance. The deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa when there is no problem such as broken, damaged, or lost.
